The Musser Public Library and Muscatine Art Center wanted to communicate the spirit of collaboration that exists between these two facilities. Working with the directors from both organizations, Watermark - a quarterly publication - was developed. Using a horizontal format and featuring strong graphic elements, Watermark was designed to be visually stimulating, inviting, and convey the level of quality that the Art Center and Library offer.
