We believe the arts play a strong role in maintaining a vibrant & interesting community by enriching the lives of Muscatine County's citizens and visitors. The Muscatine County Arts Council is a non-profit group dedicted to the promotion of the arts through unique entertainment & educational projects & events for the communities in Muscatine County. The Muscatine County Arts Council is a member of the Muscatine Cultural Alliance. |
